Cozy room, friendly staff, great breakfast. we particularly enjoyed the helpful service from Mr Martin Lopez and the excellent dining options available, all while being conveniently located just 10 km from the airport.

The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, making each morning enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally caring, ensuring all our needs were met throughout our stay.

The room view was not as scenic as I had hoped.

Check-in was smooth, and the room was ready ahead of time, which set a positive tone. The breakfast was delightful, and the clean rooms had nice linens. However, the hotel’s location, though decent, is not close to the metro, which can be inconvenient. The staff were friendly, but there were some hiccups during our stay that affected the overall experience.

Had a great time with friends! We loved the comfortable beds and the friendly staff. The location is perfect for visiting the nearby park and exploring local markets. Also, the coffee shop opening early was a plus! Definitely recommend this spot for a fun getaway.

One downside was the noise from neighboring rooms which made it hard to get a good night's sleep.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel where the hot water shower was top-notch and the room was cleaned thoroughly every day. I enjoyed relaxing by the pool and unwinding in the cozy lounge area. Just a small hiccup with the internet speed, but it didn’t ruin my experience at all! 😊

This place suits me perfectly, providing free wi-fi, a fitness center, and friendly staff. They helped me find my way on my first stay, which I truly appreciate. Highly recommend for a comfortable weekend getaway.

The Junior Suite was spacious, clean, and had comfy linens. That said, it did lack a view, which was a bit of a bummer. But the room was well-maintained, and I appreciated the good Wi-Fi and newer TV. Overall, decent but nothing to write home about in terms of ambiance. Still, it was a nice spot to crash after a long day out in the city.

It was just an optimal selection for a mini-break over the weekend in Mexico City with great value for money. The staff did their best to assist me, even if it was sometimes a bit chaotic. If you prefer not to deal with luggage help, just take your own bags.

But honestly, waiting for the elevator felt like being in a bad sitcom. And my room card was more temperamental than my cat!
